This past weekend we kicked off the 2012 Senior season with Katie!! We ended up getting rained out on Saturday for Katie’s outdoor session, but did her indoor session at the studio. She rocked it! Last week, I headed down to Cedar Valley Produce Auction near Alma, IA with one of my assistants, Jordan, and my Mom to check out their flowers. I’ve never bid at an auction before, but it ended up being pretty fun. Jordan and I bought 85 gerber daisies and 60 white filler flowers (not sure of the name). My Mom loved their hanging baskets, but just couldn’t get herself to actually bid on 8 baskets at once since they sell things in larger quantities. Maybe next time. Anyway, I thought I’d share some of what Jordan and Paige have been working for the last week. Can’t wait to see how it will look when all the seeds they planted today are blooming.

Have you been thinking of booking a session this summer? Now, is a perfect time. In addition to your session and print credit, you will receive 5 internet sized images to show off on your Facebook or to e-mail to family and friends. This special is good for portrait sessions only. Session must take place within the month of June 2011 ONLY. Appointments are limited and are subject to availability. Only sessions rescheduled by photographer due to weather will still qualify for special pricing. Any sessions rescheduled by the customer must be re-booked at regular rates. Session retainer fees in full must be paid within 10 days of receiving the invoice and before the session.
